Occasional read errors from a RAID6 HDD: replace it now or wait for failure?

One of the HDD's in my RAID6 array has experienced two read errors in the past two weeks. I'm a bit hesitant to risk a rebuild while the drive is still (mostly) operational, but I'd like to know what the TH community thinks about the situation. I've no doubt that the drive should be replaced, but I'd like a second opinion regarding the best time to do it.

Thanks in advance,

I am always of the opinion of replace it as soon as it starts showing errors. Unless you have a spare on the shelf, it may take a couple days to get a replacement. Although it is RAID6, why risk a second drive failing.
