Occasionally computer won't boot to windows.

I just build new computer with components listed in my profile. I don't know why but occasionally computer won't boot to windows. It will post Bios screen and devices but after that it will show ASUS logo and that is it. It will actually shut down. Then i will turn it on again and no problem. Im really confused. Please help

BIOS on latest version?

If not, I'd start there.

Do you overclock CPU or Memory?

i have the newest version and nothing is OC
