It doesn't happen all the time. I'll say once every 10 boots or even less. The circle spins and doesn't stop and there's nothing I can press on the screen. I have to manually reset my PC by pressing the reset button on my case. Don't know what is causing this. What does this problem mean? I hate manually shutting down my PC or restarting it by pressing the button.
