Hi,
Name: David
MoBo: MSI z97 gaming 5
CPU: i7 4790k
OC: 4,60MHz
Vcore: 1,30v
Vccin: 1.85v
Cpu Ring Voltage: auto (1.18v)
Cpu SA: auto (0, 889v)
Ring Ratio: auto (4000mhz)
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaw X 1600mhz cl7 (stock) 2x4gb dual
GPU: msi gtx 1060 gaming x 6gb
Watercooling: Corsair h100i v2
Turbo boost: enable (can't disable up to 4.4ghz)
Eist: disable
Intel C-State: disable
Svid communication: enable
XMP: enable

My problem is related to the occt test program.

With the bios parameters written above I can pass the occt medium and large data test. But I don't understand why sometimes the test doesn't pass and I get a blue screen and other times the system is totally stable for 1 hour.

Can someone help me please?

Aida64, realbench, ibt i am stable for hours. Cinebench r23 stable with a score of 5539 points.

My temperatures are below 75c.

All the best!

So the BSOD only occur during OCCT? None of the games you use, causes similar issues?

If this is true, then I'd say the fault is already located, that being OCCD itself. The best thing to do is to contact the developer of OCCT and provide details about your setup, and also the specific driver versions installed (maybe there is a way to extract all necessary info from within OCCT).
