From the title, I have the 2 in my system.
I feel a 2060 was fit for a r5 2600, considering both are overclocked. Though I have no way of telling which of the 2 are bottlenecking each other. My specific GPU is an MSI RTX 2060 Gaming Z 6GB card. It already goes to ~1980MHz on the core, but I upped it +25 without voltage, bringing it at ~2000MHz. Obviously +1000MHz on the memory.
I recently saw JayzTwoCents video on him using the game Tomb Raider as a benchmark, but I don't have the money to even buy the game.
If either-or bottlenecks, when responding, could you please say what is and what I should do?
