ocean of games site , anyone used it.

considering how much some of these games cost to purchase I am surprised at what is on it , is this too good to be true , are they legal and more to the point do they contain hidden nasties so that I will get trashed if I download something.
I would like to hear from anyone who has used the site.
btw .... if I do try and download anything I will use my spare non gaming rig just in case I get more than I bargained for.

A quick search indicates that this is a site distributing pirated copies of games, so no, not legal, and it's certainly possible that they will be bundled with malware.

Ok my original post about the ocean of games website has been closed by a moderator but you do need to know the following.....

On another forum I just asked the question .... where can I get free puzzles and somebody mentioned the ocean of games website.

Those of you who answered my first posting confirmed my suspicions , it is obviously a site that deals in uploaded "pirated" not free games that I was originally after.

One person on another site said he got trashed just by opening the site in his browser so I decided to take a look for myself on the spare pc that I use just for surfing and downloading , I do this to keep nasties off my games rig.

I went on the site and without doing anything my av threw up a warning and both adwcleaner and antimal trapped 7 Trojans.

Just out of curiosity i chose a game at random to download just to see what happened , 7 hours to download a zipped version of doom ..... i did not continue because my spare pc is no good for games anyway,. i wonder what was in the zipped folder lol.
