OCed Ryzen 1700 won't boot

So i wanted to try OCing my new ryzen chip. I started at 3.1 and kept going until i got to 3.9GHz with 1.4v and then my pc restarted but wouldn't boot. Everything is on but it just won't boot. Can you guys help me out :c did i break my computer?

Reset your bios.
That will undo your OC.

Some motherboards have a dedicated switch for that. If yours doesn't, you will have to move some stuff around or remove the CMOS battery.
Maybe Google or YouTube will help you with more info on the reset.
