OCing a 125w 9950 w/ ASUS M3A79-T Deluxe HELP!

This is my first build ever, so I'm really excited about this whole new world of overclocking. Here are some specs...

ASUS M3A78-T Deluxe -MoBo
AMD Phenom 9950 BE 125w -Processor
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4870 1GB GDDR5 -Video Card
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 -RAM

I've been doing oodles of research on Overclocking but everyone seems to base their OC guides on their specific hardware. I want to get the best stable bang i can get out of these components which is why I bought this hardware. What should I do?

Is there a guide JUST for my motherboard? The BIOS is full of abbreviations i've never heard of.

Someone told me to run 4-5-5-15 on the RAM I assume thats CAS-tRCD-tRP-tRAS, but it wouldn't boot...

Google is your friend for abbreviations you've never heard of. Just search for "BIOS <abbrev>".
