Oc'ing a old APU laptop softwares... Brazos tweaker work??

Hey guys I have a really old crappy E-300 which I want to get the most out of as no one wants as I cant sell it as it is crap. I have no idea where to start to OC the damn thing, I checked bios and there was no option, I am guessing its locked. I am currently using BrazosTweaker which I am not exactly sure is working as it shows I am running 3.9 ghz at 64 C. CPU-Z confirms it but I am still not buying it. I feel like you cant do that with a desktop PC with a nice cooling system but then again I might be wrong as I have 0 experience. I would really appreciate if some one left a link or a software that can be used to either test that Brazos works (like 3D tests, I think?) or another software that can OC for sure. I do have a cooling pad underneath the laptop and I understand the risks that if I go though with this I can easily be f***ed but I have no other use for this so I might as well. Thanks in advance!!

I think you might be able to use AMD Overdrive, just make sure you dont overheat the thing

Shoot forgot to mention overdrive doesnt work ...

I dont know of any other program but i dont think you could do 3.9GHz on that chip, if it was possible probably low 2GHz

Well thats the thing it shows it is doing that even on cpuz but when I run stuff like prime95 its hows 1.3 ghz ... thanks!!
