OCing a Server?

Im going to be running a server that will be a file server, host local and network games, and it will be hosting anywhere between 1-4 websites and ftps. It is an Athlon 2100 (pretty sure its a T-Bred) with an MSI mobo. (Cant afford real server stuff 😉 ) Would I have any reason to OC it or is that pointless?

key would be uber stablenes.....prime95+loops of 3dmark2k1se+quake3 lol
also memtest86 w/ enabling of cpu cache testing on all tests
