Ocing i5 6600K with a asrock z170 gaming k6/ gigabyte z170x gaming 5?

In fact, i want to ask 2 questions:
firstly, which cooler will give me better performance of ocing:
The corsair h100i gtx or the h100i v2 or some nice air cooler with red color fan?

Secondly, i can't make a decision between gigabyte Z170X gaming 5 and Asrock Z170 gaming K6
because asrock's one is quite cool with the outlook some reviews said that the killer lan is not better that than the intel lan on gigabyte. Also, I really don't know which board can give me long period time of good quality of playing games. Thank you for answering.

Both mobos are very good, should be happy with either. Either cooler should also be fine - you don't list what CPU but both will be good and cool well on the OCed K CPUs
