OCing intel dual core E2160

I'm currently OCing my Intel Dual-Core E2160 (stock 1.8 Ghz). I only manage to bring it up to 2.65Ghz (on stock cooler) before stress test's report errors. But according to tom's i can OC it to 3.2Ghz (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/pentium-dual-core,1683.html)
Running @ 1.525V
& FSB @ 1182 Mhz.

You are going to need better cooling.

And you cannot simply go with what someone else accomplished. All chips are a little different.

Cooling? They've all used stock coolers.
mine: idle 27C
load 62C
For the chips i'm not sure of that.
