Since my ASUS P4T53-C has died on me, I have decided to go out and get an ABIT IS7 soon! YAY! My Proc is a P4 2.8B. Would it be ale to reach 3.6ghz (170fsb) with XP-90C cooling? In order to reach the 200fsb, it would be clocked at 4.2 (21x200). I think thats a little out of the range of Air cooling! This is also assuming that my proc is still working after the nasty power surge that struck it (my fault). Consider that this proc is 3 years old. Would that affect its OC ability?

Any thoughts on RAM I should get to match this board?
