Sounds to me like the system isn't stable. I know you tested for 5hrs but it is possible to pass 5hrs and still not be completely stable. It is recommend to test for 8hrs+ and even then it isn't 100% stable, although it will usually be fine.

Have you tried running furmark?

What psu are you using?

well try firstly linking ure fsb to your mem then run ati tool to see if its ure gfx card, if not then a mem test is in order. if u want to see if its ure psu then get mem test for windows run ati tool on artifact mode and also orthos at same time to stress psu.

well we ruled out your psu when ure not OC but when you OC a quadcore it can easily overwhelm a 350w psu just on its own a q6600 can consume over 250w when heavily oc'd, try the above test when its OC'd ans see how long it lasts before it crashes, i used to get bsod cos my card was overheating the bsod said video memory manager.

if you want you can try to power your gfx card with the second psu plug into mains and then you have to short two pins on the 24pin connector, read on internet for details and try not to electocute your self.
