How do i go about OCing the Memory? i current have Corsair 800mhz with 5-5-5-12(1T) recommended timing. Currenlty i have just dabbled into Ocing the processor and am able to get my E6600 stable at 1480Mhz with 1.4625V Core and 1.5FSB.

I have an 680I so i can OC the Processor and RAM separately and my RAM voltage is at 2.1V which is what Corsair recommends for my RAM.

As it stands now i have no idea how to(besides raising the Mhz) to OC my ram so its fast and stable any tips/advice/ or a guide would be welcomed.

Not quite sure what you mean here -- is the 1480MHz the FSB data rate (i.e. instead of stock 1066MHz?)? If so, a 1:1 ratio for your memory running in dual-channel mode would be DDR2-740 memory bus speed, which isn't really OCing your RAM (unless it needs a voltage higher than 1.8V to go faster than DDR2-667, which may be the case).

isn't that underclocking the 800mhz ram instead of OCing?

I think I680 has this function called persudo (not sure the spelling) memory function. You can select any speed for your RAM. It does not have to use 1:1 or such dividers. So that means you can enter the maximum frequency of your RAM and not worrying about dividers.
