OK, i just got myself a KICK ass system, well here is the CONFIGURATION. but i can't seem to pin-point the problem.

ABIT KT7A-raid, TB 1.2 (still trying to figure out the STABLE LIMit of the CHIP, I think is 1.35)
OCZ PC150 256ram
visiontek GEFORCE ULTRA
IBM 7k HD
Pioneer slot 16xdvd
SB live
3com Ethernet

anyway, THE thing is I have already DL, Geforce Tweak Utility, and got the OC thing to show up on the VIDEO Property. but when ever i change and TEST and OK. then i tried 3dmark2000, i still get the same score.

1. do i need to reboot, before change take place....
2. i don't know, you help me out..........

ANOTHER major issue is that I'm still trying to find the MAX stable speed i can get from this CPU. as of right now, i have tried 150FSB, 145FSB, 140FSB, 4x AGP. and sometime i would get CRASH sometime i won't, I'M not excatly sure if it's CPU or the ULTRA., too much FSB maybe, feeding to the 4x AGP. then i tried 2x agp, seem to be OK. NOW it's 4x and it ok too. I'm so LOSST and confuse.

ANYONE got experience in running their GF2 at FSB over 145-150???? running at WHAT agp setting, 2x or 4x? anyone have any experience with any of my product, with FSB set that high????

Hi,

No probs overclocking for the Geforce - mine runs 150/155 with no problem.

You might have a general issue with your FSB though... What TBird are you running B or C? 140-150Mhz is a lot of overclocking for a 100Mhz bus if you want it to be stable and predictable.

Often I think you'll find that you clock, have a problem, wind it back, try again and it works = heat (too much). Chances are something in your system gets too hot, you power down, fiddle, power up at a lower setting (less heat) then decide to try fast again - it works!! Because everything cooled off enough. Run SETI for 12 hrs - if it don't break, your probably stable! ;o)
