Question Oculus Quest wireless messed up my whole Windows

I was playing Oculus quest wirelessly using virtual desktop I was fiddling around with some settings with some games lowering the graphics for me to get some better frame rate and then later that day when I got done playing my computer looks all weird now everything is slanted to the left corner and things don't fit on the screen the computer is going into sleep mode even though I turn it off every time I really don't want to reformat my whole computer just for because of this issue I have a lot of stuff inside of my computer that I would not like to get rid of and I don't feel like reinstalling everything please can somebody tell me how to resolve this issue I have a AMD 5700 xt gpu Picture of my screen

So you don’t want the correct answer then? I don’t think any piece of software could do this to your hardware anyway I think you have hardware problems

I forgot to add that it perfectly looks fine when I switch it over to my Xbox but on my computer it's only doing this
