OCZ Deneva 2 input

I have been searching for some reviews on this drive and could not really come up with anything. The main reason I ask is because a family friend has some for sale through his work and for pretty cheap.

I was also looking at a Samsung 840 pro 128gb and when comparing the price they are about the same price that I can get this ocz drive at 240gb.

So would I be stupid to pass up the OCZ Deneva 2 with 240gb?

The OCZ Deneva 2 is a Enterprise-grade SSD, not a Consumer-grade SSD, so that's why you won't see too many reviews for it.

Enterprise-grade SSDs are designed to last longer than consumer-grade SSDs.

If you can get one for a discount then that sounds like a good deal.

If the drive is used then Secure Erase it before you use it to restore it to fresh-out-of-the-box condition.

Also make sure the latest firmware version is installed on the drive.

Yeah I figured it would be hard to fjnd reviews given it was enterprise level. Didnt know if anyone had experience on here using it or not.
