OCZ memory won't let me run MSI KT6 Delta at fsb 200mhz?

Just installed 2x1GB of OCZ DDR PC-3200 / 400MHz / Value Series but WinXP will only start up if i lower the fsb to 100mhz,cutting my speed in half?
AMD3200+ running normally at 2200mhz now at 1100mhz...

check memory voltage some ocz need higher than standard.

What are the part numbers of all components in your system? A program like memtest86+ is very useful to check if you've got any memory problems (run with only your previous RAM installed, as well as with only the new RAm installed), as just seeing if Win loads or not is a fairly blunt instrument.
