OCZ25332048VDC-K and GIGABYTE GA-965P-S3 compatible ?

Does anyone know if this the memory OCZ25332048VDC-K and GIGABYTE GA-965P-S3 motherboard are compatible ?

It should work but some OCZ stuff has some small problems with the S3 and the DS3.

That board has Q-Flash so if you update the bios before trying anything that should fix any incompatibley issue.
