Ryzen 3700X manual overclock to 4450 MHz at 1.2875 V.
Cinebench R20 5275 (70 C max).
CPUZ 5988 (multi), 539 (single).
Totally stable after days of use and repeated benchmarks.

Am I missing something, I haven't seen numbers like this.

I have a 3700X, stock speeds, running 531.6 single/5583 multi in CPU-Z. Your scores seem okay.

Hello.

I've locked all cores to 4100 MHz (4091.71 MHz (41 * 99.8 MHz) ) at 1.346 V for my AMD 3700x.

Is it okay or "safe" ?

1.5v for low current/idle.
1.325v for middling current.
1.2v for high/extreme current.

Pushing 1.34v constant, I'd not game heavy, you'll end up burning out the cpu very quickly.

It's nice that AMD allows for OC on all its cpus, but honestly PBO or PBO level 1 and allowing the cpu to regulate its own current/voltages is more than most need.

But does it run always at 1.34v ?

I assumed that 1.34 v will be a peak voltage with high load.

Now i've reset BIOS setting to stock settings and i've got even better results at CPU-Z.

Multi-Thread (16T)
5569

I hope stock 3700x settings are safe.

Since every single cpu ever made, in the entirety of the bios versions containing stock settings, was designed to run at stock settings, I'd seriously hope that any cpu running at stock settings would be considered 'safe'.

That's like asking if a car is safe to drive if it has factory airbags.

While the point is well-made, as a counter-argument, I'd note...FX-9590.
