this is a very odd problem in windows and this is whats been happening: for some reason every Sunday for 3 weeks now iv been getting pluged in not charging and everytime it would be at 97% once at 12 am once at 7pm and once at 1:20 am i keep my laptop plugged in at all times and do not move it cause its a powerful laptop that i use as a desktop with a unremovavble battery i do fix it within the hour by unplug in the cord changing the power plan to balance and plugging back in, i repeat that prosses many times till it starts charging(i do it many times that it goes down to 95% then when i do it it starts charging), its really annoying and the the looks of things it looks like a bug in windows cause i dont move my laptop at all so its always at 100% and it starts doing that consistently every week around the same time and always goes to 97% and i do unplug it sometimes when taking it somewhere and when i come home and plug it in it charges so idk whats going on maybe someone has had this happen before and knows how to fix it permanently. the battery were is 4% so maybe thats why it goes to 97% when pluged in not charging but idk
