So I just put my new PC together yesterday and wanted to OC a little. I went into the BIOS and changed the Ratio to 44. I saved and exited. In CPUZ, Computer Properties, and other place it says I am still at 4.0ghz. I doubled checked the BIOS. The only program that says I am at 4.4ghz is AID64 CPUID. Anyone know what is going on?

Update: Now CPUZ says 4.4ghz. But Computer Properties still says 4.0. Computer properties reflected my old 920's actual clock speed.

I have a Core i7-4790k, Asus Maximus Hero VII. I followed the guides I found that said just changed profile to XMP and bump the ratio. It says I am at 44x100 where it said 40x100 before. But I am not OCed.
