Odd CPU voltages, how much is too much?

I have just built a computer and have overclocked my 6700k to 4.6 GHz. In my BIOS I have my voltage set to 1.370v. I just completed a 24 hour stress test in AIDA64 with no issues but I did notice that my CPU voltage was steady at 1.370v during the test but once I ended the test it started fluctuating between 1.370v and 1.392v. Is there a reason behind this that I don't know about? Should I be worried? Should I try dropping my CPU core voltage to 1.365v instead of 1.370v? Will the high voltage of 1.392v reduce the life of my CPU if this continues? Or any other questions that you think I should be asking, please answer those as well.

Your base clock is 4.0GHz so depending on Bios settings the system will adapt when under load. You have nothing to be concerned about at 4.6GHz and 1.370-1.392v but I wouldn't go above 1.4Volts on the core. Consistent high voltage can degrade your CPU over time. The efficiency of your PSU is also a consideration.

Solution
My PSU is a EVGA 750 Supernova G2 80+ Gold. I am worried because when the stress test was running the voltage stayed level at 1.370 but as soon as I stopped it and my CPU was just idling it started jumping all over the place between 1.370 and 1.392. The 1.392 being very close to 1.4. But it should be ok? I can keep all my current settings?
 
You can check your settings in Bios for manual or adaptive voltage. You will need adaptive for higher frequencies but temperatures will climb and so the need for effective cooling. Setting voltage manually at 1.2V will limit your OC capability but less heat. Does this make sense.?
Measure your temps under load with HWMonitor and stress test the system with different settings. Passing AIDA64 over a 24hour is a good indication of stability.
 
My overall CPU core average temp in AIDA64 was 72.9 C with my second hottest core hitting a max of 81 C.
