Odd Download Speed

So, today i ran a test on my internet speed and it show that i have 189 Mbps downlaod speed.
Though when i tried to download a game it was downloading at a speed of 1.08 mbps.
Why is that?

I used http://www.speedtest.net/. I was downloading the game off of Vuze and im paying $80 Canadian,

Just because you are capable of downloading at a certain speed, it does not mean the server you are downloading the game from can upload it to you that fast.

vuze is a torrent which means you are downloading the game from other people, so the more people who download the torrent the better the speed will be, usually torrent downloads are slow around the speed you are seeing
