Odd PC Power Issues

So my build from about 4 years is having some odd issues. While browsing the internet it would randomly power off with no warning (not shutdown, but just lose all power). I freed up some space on my SSD (main drive with Windows) to about 8GB by disabling hibernation. I then experienced no random shut downs while it was on.

Today I woke up and attempted to turn the computer on from sleep mode. It did nothing, mind you the computer was on sleep with the power button flashing on/off so it had power and everything seemed normal, but after pressing it the second time it just loss power. No screens turning on, no warning just turned off. I tried turning it back on by pressing the power button several times no luck. I then turned the switch on the PSU off for about 15 seconds and then back on and it turned on for about 1 second with no POST beep. I then tried this again and the computer turned on fine. I still shut it off, just in case it would happen again.

I just dismantled most of the computer and tried the paperclip test on my PSU which I thought was the culprit. The PSU turns on immediately with no problems by itself. I now have no idea of what to do.

What do you all think I can do? I haven't cleaned the PC in about one month, so now that everything is in parts I will try compress air over everything with care. This is a bit embarrassing to say, but is there a way to isolate the problem without having to buy new parts?

Note: I have another thread regarding this issue from a couple of weeks back. I have no idea if posting there will bring it back on top to get fresh answers, therefore I am making this new thread. Mods forgive me as I am not sure of the best thing to do in this case.

That's very hard to diagnose but I would say it's the power supply having issues. The other is the motherboard issue. If you can borrow a power supply to test that would be the best. Just because you are able to power up the psu with a paperclip doesn't mean it's working properly.
