Odd sound coming from computer?

Not sure but all of a sudden this sound has started emitting from my computer. I embedded it into the page. I've cleaned it out recently, installed all new fans, and a new graphics card. However the sound only occurs when I play a game for a noticeably long time or decide to render a video.

Sounds like fan bearing.
