Odd W.E.I. Results

While I'm not a big fan of WEI for bench-marking, I do run it after working on a built to get a general idea of how it is performing and for comparative purposes. More out of habit than anything else, I guess.

I just ran it on an old PC I equipped with a Seagate ST325031 (250GB) HDD. It keeps returning a score of 7.0 or 7.1 for the mechanical drive. No matter how many times I run it. Obviously that can't be correct. I've never seen a mechanical drive get more than a 5.9 score. What could be causing this?
