Question Odyssey G9 Display problems.

I have been having problems with my G9 Display,

I have it for over 6 month now and never really gamed with it. Now i tried to play AOE4 it keeps shutting down on me, the pc is running the screen turns of,

I have a nvidia 3090 TUF GPU.
AMD 5900x cpu
If I set the screen to 240 hz it doesn't even open the game, so i set it to 120 now i manage to play for 30 minutes and then it just shuts off.

My questions would be how do i trouble shoot this what is my problem .

What motherboard, and what psu are you using? What video port are you using, DP/Hdmi?

The monitor shuts off or the entire PC?
