[SOLVED] OEM BIOS on Motherboard Preventing Windows 10 Install?

Background info:
- Motherboard: Gigabyte AX370
- Prebuilt PC with Ryzen 1700 CPU & RX 580 GPU
- I am trying to install Windows 10 onto an SSD that did not come with the PC.

Whenever I try to install windows 10 with a USB (created with windows media creation tool or rufus/other 3rd party software and an iso file), the PC refuses to boot on that USB. I have successfully booted using a Linux distro on the same USB. I have tried multiple methods of creating the USB, multiple iso files of windows, and MBR/GPT/FAT32/NTFS formats. The PC did come with windows installed by the manufacturer and has windows keyed to the motherboard. Any Idea on why this won't work? My only theory is that something about installing windows keys by motherboard prevents a second install.

Solution
I have successfully installed windows on the SSD from a different computer and the pc I want it on still wont boot from it.
And that probably won't work, but for other reasons.
Windows does not take kindly to being installed in System A, then moved to System B. No matter WHAT systems they are.
contact Gigabyte and ask their support.
back in the 2000s i ran into issues like this multiple times with pre-built desktops and laptops, though not in the last decade for sure.
it's possible they can offer a special BIOS or update that can allow you to proceed but that will invalidate the warranty.

you could also try installing Windows on this SSD using another system and then transfer the disk over.
any possible driver issues that may arise from Windows installer detecting the different hardware can easily be corrected once you have the pre-built up and running.

I am in contact with both Gigabyte and the manufacturer. I have successfully installed windows on the SSD from a different computer and the pc I want it on still wont boot from it. It seems to reject all things windows except the original HDD. Thanks for responding.
The only thing I potentially have left is updating BIOS and hope it works..... Waiting on Gigabyte to get back to me, but not hopeful that they will have an answer.
