OEM Install error

All new parts just purchased.
-Msi z370 sli plus
-GTX 1050ti
-i3-8350k
-ballistix 2x8gb ddr4-2400
-crucial mx500 2.5inch sad

-windows10 home
Error message after I click 'Install 64bit'...

The only answer I can't try is creating another bootable USB because this is direct from Windows!
It can't be corrupt can it ?!?!?

Ok while I try to load pics, they show:

The store bought usb might not have the latest installation
get the latest iso from microsoft https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

All I want to say is WOW, Microsoft sent out a bad USB or software?!
Bought a new USB and downloaded install tool onto there and it worked 🙁
Should have done that originally and found a cheaper key.
