OEM key with retail disc?

So I have a windows 10 home disc that I already used, I plan on letting my friend use it for his build and was wondering if it would still work with a windows 10 Home OEM key?

If you just lending him the installer it should be fine. The licence is what you can't share.

You can download the installer from Microsoft so there is no restriction on its use

Assuming there are two distinct license keys, I see no reason why that should not work.
