[SOLVED] OEM keys for Windows 10 - are they valid in all relations?

I have two machines (let's say motherboards with things where most stuff has been replaced/assembled by me - an usual user, not manifacturer) that I have to activate W10 Pro on. And about the keys, I am mainly interested about are they really legit if bought as OEM. I have local sellers and I see a few affiliate links from my country to cheap keys from https://www.godeal24.com/ and a few other sites.
I find OEM keys for 5-10 euro while retail ones are 6-12 times more expensive than them where I live. eBay seems useless as sellers there either seem not trustworthy, either are a bit more expensive.
However, there is something that confuses me about Microsoft's rules and after checking some comments over internet about it.

I guess they'll activate my OS, but what are the disadvantagees, except for being able to use it on only one device (motherboard) per key?
If I ever need specific support from Microsoft, would it be refused for my keys being OEM and not bought directly from Microsoft? Should I hide that I've used non-retail keys/from other source?
If I travel to other country/at airports-checks/whatever, if I happen to use my PC in a country or somewhere with stricter rules, is there a possibility that I'd have problems (including law/legitimacy issues)?

Solution
Well...
It could not work to begin with
It could unactivate itself after some time period

The "OEM" - Retail thing has changed significantly with Win 10. MS no longer sells OEM licenses as they did with previous versions.
So, anyone selling something as "OEM"...no idea where they got it from.
