Any ideas of how to remove a OEM partition from the 80gb fujitsu-siemens
HDD?And how to do that...

Very easy provided you use PartitionMagic or some other tools
specializing in handling partitions. Once you have one of those
programs, make sure you identify correctly the OEM partition (should be
at the opposite end on the display of the disk from the boot partition)
and simply delete it. Just do not make any mistake since reversing this
action would not be a sure thing.

I did that but part magic has just decreased the size of my HDD instead of
adding 12 GB that were missing.It looks like it just cut and forgot about
em...any ideas?

and it is written with a yellow mark that it is a "07 type partition" what
the hell does it mean and why the expensive tool like partition magic 8.0
cannot do what I want it to do...eh life...any clues?

I do not have the answer to this 07 type partition, have not found on
the PDF file. But, remember, deleting this partition does make more
space available to you immediately: you need either to create a new
partition on the hd space that has become available, or resize one
contiguous partition to take advantage of it.
Take the time to familiarize yourself and to read the f... manual, you
will see that Partition Magic can actually do a lot. But remember,
mistakes can be difficult to correct, make sure you know what you are doing!
