Can you please tell me about oem windows. Does it mean that it has to come with the motherboard or I have to buy it in a combo of motherboard .
Or it is just that when I build a pc, I should purchase seperately a copy on windows 7 oem and it will install just fine?

In my area, you can get the OEM version as long as you buy a piece of hardware. Theoretically around here, even with a set of hard drive mounting screws. But since it sound like you are getting lots of hardware, you have no problem. Just get it on the same receipt as something else hardware wise.
Other areas of the world might be different. Just ask the retailer you use.

The idea was that you were supposed to buy some hardware along with it, but I see many legitimate sellers now selling Windows 7 without any hardware requirement.
