Solution
click on this page and scroll down to just above the charts that talk about language, and download driverview x64 - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/driverview.html

install the program and run it.
it will show you every driver on your PC.
go into view tab and set it to hide all Microsoft drivers, will make list shorter.

it will look something like this but drivers will be different

The problem isn't going to be a windows driver. Its likely we need to look at older drivers and update them

most of the time I help people find the drivers, hence the 2nd part of instructions which are to

  1. take a screenshot from (and including)Driver name to (and including)Creation date...

Can you download and run Driverview - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/driverview.html

All it does is looks at drivers installed; it won't install any (this is intentional as 3rd party driver updaters often get it wrong)

When you run it, go into view tab and set it to hide all Microsoft drivers, will make list shorter.

Can you take a screenshot from (and including)Driver name to (and including)Creation date.

upload it to an image sharing website and show link here

I see if I can figure out what you are missing.

most of the time there are no dates so I have to look using driver versions to see what might be missing
