Off of compiutwe

When I am using Internet on laptop it suddenly hang and the off it doest actually off but it's screen become black

I am sorry, but I had to Google compiutwe because I had never heard of it before. I am really not sure how to fix a compiutwe, but there are folks here that can definitely help you.
