(I have an new hp laptop and play moded forge for hypixel skyblock and all other games)

So I recently had a huggggggge problem with my keys being delayed in mc. Tried dif keyboards. (Sticky keys off) but my keys consistently stick and lag and not press and delay. People say it's a cpu issue but I'm not sure about it. It's really frustrating and has made Minecraft pretty much unplayable for the past month. The keys don't stick wile typing. Also on forge for some reason it asked me to update my mods in a little pop up window all at the same time and it's been consistently happening.
Have about 700 hrs on it.
Any insite would be very helpful, thanks.
