Office 2000 & Win 98SE Compatible?

Has anyone had any compatibility problems running Office 2000 on Win 98SE OS? I have both, Office 97 & Office 2000 and was wondering which Office suite would serve the purpose without problems. I know Office 97 will work but just want some feedback from someone who has run the newer Office verison on the older OS.
