Office 2000Apps disappear on NT Terminal Server

Hi,

I am receiving major issues with esp Word, Excel & Outlook
just disappearing from the screen on a session, only a
reboot will cure. Users are getting majorly frostrated
with it, the only thing the event viewer says is:

>>Application popup: Untitled - Appointment :
OUTLOOK.EXE/WORD.EXE/EXCEL.EXE - Application Error : The
instruction at "0x308e08ba" referenced memory
at "0x00dda094". The required
data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error
status of "0xc00000c4".

Click on OK to terminate the application<<

The only consistant error is "the I/O Error status of
0xc00000c4" but I cannot find anything related to that
either.

This is really doing my head in, if anyone has any advice
it would be much apprechiated.

How was the MS Office installed on Terminal server refere to a article on
the Resource Kit the procedure this could help you out or let me know what
version of office are you running on windows NT TS
