[SOLVED] office and student 2019 ( word question )

In previous versions of word you had a pale blue background that made it really easy to see icons on your "ribbon" , the version I am using only gives coloured , black or grey , is it possible to put a coloured background behind just the ribbon to make the icons stand out more.

I also find it hard to see the alternative words on offer when word challenges what you are typing they look almost greyed out.

Solution
You don't have the White theme?

I normally use black, its not so bad. SInce all the icons have a white outline they stand out the best compared to coloured and grey

I don't see a way to get any more.
