The Tomshardware review of the Antec HCG PSU isn't very good. It will work but I'd go with a Corsair RM750x.

You have no GPU in the list. Without that it won't be good for gaming. If you have interests outside of Cubase.

That motherboard is an entry level overclocking board. If you are doing heavy overclocking or want a lot of upgradeability. You'll want something better.

If you aren't going to be overclocking. That CPU cooler is overkill.

What sort of audio hardware will you be connecting? Do you have a dedicated audio card. If you are planning to use the motherboard audio connector. You'll definitely want a better motherboard. Although a high quality audio card is certainly preferable.

Looks good. You know, for your uses, you could save some money with a Ryzen 3600x and a nice X570 motherboard with near identical performance. Yet have the latest PCIe 4.0 support. You could even get a Ryzen 3700x and X570 motherboard for about the same price as the 9700K and have a faster CPU.
