Office (any) won't go online windows 10

Hi, I have an issue with I guess any office version. It won't go online. I can sing-in via web browser, but office app tells everytime that servers is offline or sorry we had some troubles connecting to get features bla-bla or similar thing depending on which sing-in button is pressed. I googled - no changes. I made a normal startup via msconfig - no changes. the OS is windows 10 with latest updates... I tried office 2016 pro, 2016 compact, 2019 pro preview - the problem and behaviour are the same... so, what do I do wrong?

Try disabling any firewalls you have installed to see if that allows Office to connect.

If this allows Office to connect then you can just allow specifically Office to go through the firewall.

I don't have any firewall. also I removed the stock one... I hope it is not the issue.. Somewhere I saw that office should be installed not under the built-in administrator account, which also can be the issue for me..but still I hope not
