Office build small budget help?

Budget Range:265 I Have mouse, keyboard, monitor, 750watt psu (yes i know its overkill), and case (I have 3 old ones laying around)

Will need an optical drive to install programs off cd.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: quickbooks, microsoft office, filermaker pro, some internet research

Do you need to buy OS: no

I would like to be as upgradable as possible for future add ons. preferable a mobo that will keep it running well for the next 3-5 years with what im using it for. Thank you so much for any and all help. : )

This is a great little office build with an intel i3-2100.
If you want more storage space, I could cut corners on the CPU to get more storage.
You could add another 4GB stick of RAM if you wanted in the future to get 8GB.
There is space for a graphics card and there are 3 more expansion slots for any cards you might want to add.

Both builds look good. I like the AMD one better though.
The HDD on the AMD is better too @ 7200RPM.
