Office Computer Build

I have been charged with the task of building my companies office new computers. I have been given a budget approx. $1.000 per computer. Can go over a little bit if needed. I am curious at what the best build for this price would be. Thanks.

Would prefer an SSD and HDD, dual monitor capabilities, at least 8gb RAM and a quad core(prefer AMD) CPU.

No. The budget is just computer hardware.

I came up with this build since its a 6-core AMD and has a 4gb GPU which is good for multi-tasking and will help with different forms of rendering but the build might need to be changed to fit the needs of what the company does.
