I'm looking to build office computer which will handle E-mail, some Photoshop and browsing. Just need to be reliable and long-durable.

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz Dual-Core Processor $124.99 @Newegg
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler $35.98 @Newegg
Mobo: Asus B85-PLUS ATX LGA1150 Motherboard $94.49 @Newegg
RAM: A-Data Premier Series 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory $41.73 @Amazon
PSU: Antec EarthWatts Green 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply or Seasonic SS-350 ET $45.98 Newegg

While the EVO is not necessary, for business use, I would get an aftermarket cooler for noise reduction. The Siberian is very quiet, especially on a locked i3. I would also go for dual channel RAM, and you can get a much cheaper motherboard and power supply:

Thank you. Unfortunately we are considering buying used PC's with original Windows 7 Pro.They've got only one year warranty and if I buy Office 2013 with OEM license if something happens I'll loose it which is not fair.
