Looking for cheap parts for an office build. are these any good?

Get a B250 or H270 motherboard. The H110 requires a BIOS update to run Kabylake CPUs which is a big hassle.
Get a SeaSonic S12II 520W PSU. And a 8 GB memory sticks and you are good to go.

I heard they come with that bios update now.

I don't know. But you will get B250 at same price. And think if you bought it and its not updated then.
