Question Office PC Build

Hello Community 😊

Since I have a decent knowledge of PC's, especially in gaming etc., my cousin asked me for building an Office-PC for my uncle. The only requirements are a very big Screen and not too expensive. So I used my knowledge and build up this System and wanted you to look over it, if I may miss something.

Office PC Build:

60€ - Intel Pentium G7400 @ 2x 3.70GHz - 4 logical processors, for Office more than enough, graphic is incl.
90€ - ASRock H610M-HDV/M.2
50€ - 2x 8GB @ 3200MHz - CL16 - Board has 2 slots & Win10 takes 2GB so I decided for that price i'll go with 16GB

20€ - LC-Power Tower cooler (8 Heatpipes) - Using it by myself on a Ryzen 5500, it's good and quiet
07€ - Scythe Slip Stream (11 dBA) - Also very qood and quiet

40€ - 512GB Patriot M.2 (read 1.7GB/s - write 1.2GB/s)

20€ - Internal Multi Card Reader
10€ - TP-Link WL300MBit

55€ - 400W be quiet! PP11 80+ Gold

Should be fine. Although for an office PC. I'd consider the 1TB HDD to be a pointless expense. Unless he has some reason to need all that storage. For most Office users a single 256GB SSD is far more than they need.

I'd put that money into a better WiFi card.

Also, you need a Windows license. Preferably Windows 11. So, he doesn't have to worry about replacing or upgrading it until 2030.

If you are going to go with a pentium, I would go with an Alder Lake based one. I do not see a case, in that list. I didn't include case, as I didn't see one, or the card reader, as I am not sure PCPP has those an option, without manually adding it into the list.

Wow.. How the hell did I miss that? Many thanks! I'll buy all in MindFactory. Board, CPU and case are updated.

And thats wrong, sorry. Since the EU law abolish different marcet-pricement within the EU countrys, every license in one EU country can be selled in any other legaly by law. Not my fault you dont have that knowledge. Win10
By the way RAM is Hardware.. If you try to argument with me and dont want me to doubt your intelligence, dont use hardware prices as comparison for software prices...

If they had a working computer beforehand and it had a windows 10 key you should be able to salvage that and use it on 11, not strictly microsoft approved but if the old computer is going out of service itll be fine. Technically you could use a windows 7 key if you installed windows 10 first then upgraded to 11, not a huge fan of that route though.

Different market prices are not what is happening there.

Find the valid actual price from Microsoft, in whatever country in the EU you desire.
Not from a shady site...direct from MS.

Use that as your "EU price"

It is. You can buy 10000 keys bulk, retail etc. in Portugal as reseller and sell them in France, legaly.

Shady site? This "shady" site has 4.8 out of 5 points on the independent trustedshops safety organisation in germany.
