Office PC for League?

Hi Everyone!

The titles seems odd, but it is as is. My friend asked me to build her an Office PC that can sometimes play League/Minecraft.

She doesn't play too much but she programs a lot. She wanted a fast PC, portable and would last her for a year or two.

Since we're from Ph, availability and prices will matter, so I can't give her budget at all.

Intel Core i3-4160 | MSI / Gigabyte H97 ITX | HyperX Fury 1600MHz 2x4GB | WD Caviar Black 1TB | CM Elite 110 | Seasonic G550

AMD A10-7850K | Gigabyte F2A88XN-WiFi | HyperX Fury 1600MHz 1x4GB | WD Caviar Blue 1TB | CM Elite 110 | Seasonic G550

This is the best I could get for her budget, I wonder which build would be her best bet.

She is also looking for a 1366x768 monitor. Is the AOC E1670SWU good enough?

Suggestion, recommendation, comments will be appreciated.

Dude. A potato can run LoL at 1080p. I wouldn't even bother with a dedicated GPU for LoL and MC at 1366x768

Either of those are fine. The AMD will have much better graphics performance but the intel will be a better CPU. If she is only playing league/minecraft at 1366x768 then just get the intel CPU.

Well its not bad but... when I looked it up it says its a 15.6 inch? Thats how big a small laptop screen is. I believe you can find 20 inch monitors for just a little less than $100 that are just as good. But no its not bad if all you care about whether or not it will work for you.

Any monitor bigger than 20" has a horrible price tag here in Ph, on my last check, it is around $150 and its really horriblez like scary horrible. I wanted a Dell Ultrasharp 21.5" for my GF but it is freakingly horribly priced at $250+. So I conviced her to buy a 15 6" until we saved enough money.
