Official H110 maximum RAM frequency

Hello, dear community, i am not a native speaker of English, but i hope that i will be able to explain my problem properly.

I had a big conflict with my counterpart about h110 maximum RAM frequency. He said it is 2400, i said it is 2133. I was trying to find an official proof for both theories but i did not succeed. Some MBs work with up to 2133 RAM, some with 2400 on KabyLake with BIOS update, some work on 2133 on KabyLake too. I need an official source that shows that one of our opinions is correct. Please help me.

Not all H110 Chipset motherboards support 2400MHz memory speed with Kaby Lake CPUs but some do.

A different H110 Chipset motherboard may not support anything higher than 2133MHz. You need to read the motherboard Specifications.

AFAIK, all H110 mobos support up to 2133 MHz with Skylake and 2400 MHz with kaby lake. As said above, you can always just check the specs for a given mobo. Also, you can still run 2400 MHz RAM either way, it'll just run at 2133 MHz if the MOBO doesn't support the higher speed.
